faq!

q: when will my order arrive?
a: processing time is 3-5 business days and orders usually ship in 5-7 business days! together it may take about a week to a week and a half for your order to arrive! <3

q: how can i contact you if i have a question about my order or any business related questioni?
a: contact through email is best! my contact email is [email protected], where you can send me photos, or you can use the contact form on this website! :) sadly many of my instagram dm's get lost or deleted randomly, but i check my email every day!

q: are preorders available?
a: sadly at this moment, no :( yet i am hoping to improve and expand my inventory to make preordering available!

q: how often do you restock?
a: i restock as often as i can and i am so happy and lucky that you support me! i will always update when i restock on my instagram: @allbylauren

shop policies!

- once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control and is usps's hands! yet, if you contact me i will be happy to try my best to replace any damaged earrings if the earrings got damaged throughout the delivery process! yet this is not 100% guarenteed!

- sadly i do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes and as it is difficult to prove whether the earrings had been opened before return. yet, i'd be happy to cancel and refund any order before shipment!
